IntelliTurf of Texas was recently given the opportunity to turn a rundown senior center lawn into a yard for all ages and activities, and turn it around we did. In just a matter of days, we turned this North Austin area from a mudpit into a useable area for the wonderful staff and seniors making the most of life.
We regraded the entire lawn for better drainage, providing not only more flat space for activities, but a safe solution for seniors that will still drain swimmingly in the enclosed and shaded area. Opting for the best of the best, they chose our 80 ounce C-shaped grass, which makes a for great, lush lawn that’s plenty soft and has a great visual appeal, of course.
